1. Devotee Data Collection & Scope
IndiaDham collects vital pilgrim data exclusively for the purpose of coordinating government-mandated RFID biometric registration passes, helicopter passenger manifests as regulated by DGCA / IRCTC, and verified check-ins at dharamshalas and hotels.
2. Biometric and Government ID Safeguards
Government identification documents (Aadhaar cards, voter IDs, passports) submitted for Char Dham biometric e-Pass generation are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 tunnels directly to the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) and the Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) systems. We do not store unencrypted copies of your identity numbers on public servers.
3. Payment & Financial Security
All monetary transactions are processed via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. IndiaDham never stores or logs debit/credit card CVV codes or Net Banking credentials.
4. Communication Preferences
By submitting an inquiry or booking a pilgrimage package, you authorize our concierge desk to provide essential weather advisories, road condition bulletins, and booking confirmations via SMS, phone, and WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
