Ensuring absolute transparency, data confidentiality, and ethical service conduct across all pilgrimage operations.
1. Sacred Shrine Conduct & Pilgrim Code
All yatris booking through IndiaDham agree to respect the sanctity, traditions, and dress protocols of ancient temple sanctums. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the sanctum sanctorum (Garbhagriha) of all major shrines as per temple committee bylaws.
2. High-Altitude Medical Fitness & Disclaimers
Shrines situated in the high Himalayas (such as Kedarnath, Tungnath, and Badrinath) exceed altitudes of 3,000 meters above sea level. Yatris are strongly advised to undergo prior medical evaluation. IndiaDham provides local logistical guidance but cannot be held liable for personal medical emergencies arising from pre-existing health conditions or acute mountain sickness (AMS).
3. Force Majeure & Weather Contingencies
In the event of landslides, heavy snowfall, flash floods, or administrative restrictions issued by the District Magistrate or BKTC, itineraries may be modified or paused for devotee safety. Our ground team will arrange safe refuge and alternate travel routes.
4. Booking Confirmations & Vouchers
Package and dharamshala bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of official digital confirmation vouchers bearing a unique Yatra Reference ID.
